Being a Godly leader brings about great responsibilities and in being a leader, one must be humble, caring, giving and able to serve.

Describe your role as First Lady: My role as a First Lady is to be supportive and to be a confidant to my husband by not only praying for him but also by assisting in whatever capacity I am needed to ensure the vision he has comes to past.

What is the best advice that you’ve been given about being a First Lady: The best advice that I’ve been given as a First Lady in working close with my husband in ministry is that:

1. It is okay to agree to disagree.

2. Always make time for one another and do not allow the work that you do to consume you.

What is the biggest challenge that you face as First lady: My biggest challenge as a First Lady is seeing the potential and worth God has placed within an individual while trying to accept the disappointment of knowing that they are not ready for the gift God has placed within them. It is very disheartening to know that God has placed value on His people and many of them do not know who they are in Him, as well as the advantages of being a part of the Kingdom.

Keep God as the center in everything you do.

What does it mean to be a leader? Luke 12:48 says, “for unto whom much is given, of him much is required.” Being a Godly leader brings about great responsibilities and in being a leader, one must be humble, caring, giving and able to serve. A leader must be accountable of his/her actions and must be one of honor/integrity. Being a leader does not mean doing what is right in your own eyes but doing what is right in the eyes of God.

On Saturdays, one can find you…spending time with my family.

What is your favorite quote/scripture: My favorite quote is “Good, Better, Best. Never Let It Rest. Until Your Good Is Better and Your Better is Best”~Tim Duncan

What’s your favorite scripture? “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11

What advice do you have for a First Lady new to her role: My advice would be:

1. Keep God as the center in everything you do.

2. Don’t allow people to put you in a “box”. Be who God created and designed you to be.

3. Be confident in your gifts and talents.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years: In five years, I see myself expanding my in personal ministry by helping young ladies to be complete and unique within themselves. I also see my business expanding to multiple locations.
