HINO will be a monthly event happening not only in Memphis but also in Nashville and Chattanooga. The purpose of HINO is to give Hair & Beauty professionals a platform to be recognized, tools to learn how to enhance their business and opportunities for business growth.

The creative team that produced the HINO event are confident that this monthly social for hair & beauty professionals is a great way to embrace and recognize some of the hardest working men and women in the world. According to Parkinson, the mission of HINO is to “create and build a vehicle that will assist in making the ground fertile for growth of health and beauty businesses in Tennessee.” Co-creator Walker-Ali added that ” the event was started by industry professionals for industry professionals and is geared toward building a vehicle for ideas, policies and new trends to be shared”. Once these areas are strengthened, Walker-Ali belives that it will “lend to the growth of the health and beauty industries in the State of Tennessee”.
